Barrett sniper rifles and the McMillan tactical rifles scare the shit out of me. A single screwball with one of them could change the course of world history.

A Canadian sniper in Afghanistan has been confirmed as hitting an enemy soldier at a range of 2,310 meters, the longest recorded and confirmed sniper shot in history. The record lasted only one day, until a second Canadian sniper hit an enemy soldier at 2,400 meters (8000 feet). The Canadian snipers fire special .50-calibre McMillan tactical rifles, which are bolt-action weapons with five-round magazines.

9. While canvassing last weekend we saw one of those types.

He came out when he saw the Obama sign on the car window and gave us the stink eye. As we were returning to our car he made sure he got our attention as he carried three big ass guns to the trunk of his car.

One of the women I was with asked me if I thought he was threatening us. I told her he was but also that he must have felt his penis shrink when he saw our sign(s).

btw it was in a red county in a new Blue state (Florida).
