2. Not dropping white phosphorus on civilians is a good place to start -- this would help the mindset

on both sides, I think. Then we can move on to not bombing civilians with anything explosive. Then we can let the Iraqis have ownership of their own oil fields.

Of course that last one may be a bit much to ask of Mr. Cheney's friends.
