Joy. It's really that simple.

it feels as if a giant weight has lifted of my chest. I can breath again.

you see, unlike the rest of you folks in the nation, I had to put up with that loathsome criminal* for the past 14 years.

I can't even begin to tell you that level by which I now feel elated.

Red Bull has nothing on Obama.

I have this giddiness coupled with tears of relief just overwhelming me from time to time. Either from one of his wonderful speeches or from a candid shot of him with his family.

I haven't done the happy dance in years. I did it for the first time in years. I first had to let the reality of what happened on Tuesday to sink in first. It finally made it to my feet and I just did a gig. :)

I find myself smiling more for no reason what so ever. I enjoy the people (even the repukes) I work with that much more now.

The Ivan the terrible like stress that has prevailed over my life as gone.

I have hope again, it's been a deeply missed friend.
