Idea about accommodations for Obama's inauguration, here's one: $21 a night

Bear's Den Hostel. In the Blue Ridge Mountains just beyond Leesburg. It's only an hour from D.C. Best to drive to Vienna, Va. and take the Orange Metro line in. The hostel is only $21 a night. Could probably get a group rate as January is off season. The cool thing is that your stay helps out a great environmental cause. Funding for the Appalachian Trail. I've stayed there, it's pretty cool, an old estate that some dude built in the '30s and never moved into. Check it out.
