Is there any news on the Frankin recount and does he require additional legal help?

I was wondering if Al Frankin's seat in the Senate has been secured yet, or more to the point I was wondering if they have begun the recount or if he is doing OK for legal defense funds I presume the Party has opened up the bank for his lawyers but if they haven't I'd certainly be more than willing to toss a few bucks into the pot of any fund that supports his effort to rightfully be named winner.

for observation lawyers.
