No amount of pandering to prejudice will lessen prejudice. A very brief and cursory consideration of history will reveal this.

Women didn't get the vote by getting *some* of the vote.

"Ladies, ladies, PLEASE! A little decorum, if you don't mind. Why don't you go for being able to vote on female things? Like knitting and housework?"
