What I would like to see during the first weeks of an Obama administration

I would like a COMPLETE accounting of the failures of the Bush administration AND a complete accounting of how BAD it really is--including the economy, jobs, etc.
I would also like him to do a monthly address to the American people of what progress is being made.
I feel that this is the ONLY way that Americans will understand the DEPTH of what Bush did while he was in office and prevent republicans from saddling ANY of this mess on this new administration.
