I really hope you reconsider your decision to step down as DNC chair. It was you who paved the way for the sweeping Democratic victories we have all witnessed during the latest election cycle as well as 2 years ago. You should've been president.

he should have been president and would have had a shot at it if the DLC hadn't thrown him under the bus. He deserves a Cabinet post.

... and was crushed by how the media (and the other Dem camps) treated him.
Was thrilled when he got the DNC leadership and knew he would lead us to victory. This man ain't dumb.
I hope he is stepping down to accept a position in the Obama Cabinet - Head of Health & Human Services, perhaps?

I was bitterly disappointed when the media went after him for the kill. His mistake was he showed how much he was for us before he was elected -- scared the rich boys. So they murdered his chances. :(
He's done a great job for us and I think him heartily!
