I sat down today and calculated that I had saved enough to spend $200 on whatever I choose to spend it on, and I want to spend it on fighting Proposition 8. Please tell me where we will get the most bang for the buck.

Proposition 8 was totally wrong, in my opinion. And I want to fight it.

1. Good question...

I might say Lambda Legal, but I wonder if there is another legal group that desperately needs money now?

2. Any of the Lawsuit Sponsors...
The ACLU, the National Center for Lesbian Rights, or the Lambda Legal Defense and Education Fund.

(The Human Rights Campaign, which is not sponsoring a lawsuit to my knowledge, is not always seen as the most effective organization within the lbgt community.)
