I don't have money, and thanks to my recent surgery, I expect I will have even less. That said, I can make good Joomla websites with a lot of features and ease of use that will let people from the core initiative add all kinds of content: written, audio and video. I can make it look pretty good, and I can show you hosting solutions that will save your organization some real money, especially starting out. Of course, if things go wild with traffic, you will have to scale server infrastructure up and that starts costing some money, but that said, if your traffic spikes like that, then so should available funds for information infrastructure upgrades.

If you need me, I will do everything I can. For free. One of your spare toaster-ovens or Hermes' scarves will be happily accepted as an honorarium. ;-)

(Good lawdy, how long have we been hanging here, the two of us?). I don't have much in the way of tangibles to offer, save what abilities I have taught myself(real school costs. Jeebus.). But I know what I am doing with Joomla, I am well beyond fucking the dog with it, I teach it now at an adult continuing edumacation school, and I can pretty well make it dance, sing and play the guitar.

People who are real and constant unqualified blessings in my life, keystones of stability and affection in my existance, are gay. Prop 8 hurts the GLBTI community and by extension hurts them, albeit indirectly for now. I cannot abide this. I cannot let this stand. I can offer something of value, however small. And so I will.

As time passes and I reflect upon Prop 8, what it truly means and how it came to pass, my indignation and rage only burns incrementally hotter. It cannot stand. It must not stand. It will not stand, as people of good will all get together and piss in the same pot.

Count me in.
