Do you live in a Constitution-Free zone?
Go here to find out:
http://www.aclu-wa.org Scroll down and click on your state on the map.
Then you might want to view this video where residents, concerned about an increased presence of border patrol agents on the North Olympic Peninsula, attended a Homeland Security/U.S. Border Patrol Public Forum.

5. The most ironic thing about this fucking stupidity
Is that an actual terrorist was arrested in 1999 at the Port Angeles ferry dock (incoming from Victoria BC) under pre-9/11, pre-Chimp fascism laws, with the normal amount of border guards.

The system worked. Nothing else was necessary.

it ain't about security. Except the political security of the right wing.

6. I live in South Florida. Just about the whole area is 'constitution free' technically.

7. Best thing to do is ignore it.
When they stop you, ask them, "Am I being detained or arrested?" when they say, "No" just continue on your way.

10. Yup. All the places I've lived under the Bush regime have been in this zone.
