1. Debatable.. Durbin and Schumer have already come out against

LIEberman remaining as chair of Homeland Security. There is no guarantee that LIEberman will retain his chairmanship. And one of the dumbest things Obama could do is make any move that looks petty and vindictive. He's said he'd prefer LIEberman caucus with the dems, and that it's up to the dem caucus as to whether or bit joe stays on as chair.
