2. they are just finishng the regular count
then they start the hand recount.

3. Hennepin county was supposed to report their canvassed numbers today and havent yet.

5. According to the local news, Hennepin County posted its changes yesterday

They found very few errors in their audit though Franken did gain a bit and, as of this morning, was behind by 206 votes.

4. Will the fact that today is a holiday keep them from recounting
I mean I know there is a big job ahead of us but it is a holiday today.

7. The recount does not begin until November 19
what is going on now is just the audit that is done after every election. Usually even those of us in Minnesota pay no attention to this as the changes made between election night and the day the election is certified (Nov 18 this year) make no difference to the outcome of the election.
