If DU has been your Sanctuary these past 7+ years - find a way to donate a few dollars

I know it's tough for all of us right now. The economy bites, our financial situation is dire, our jobs may be tenuous at best and, if you're like me, sometimes you feel like you're living paycheck to paycheck.

But I also know that when I thought this world was going down the crapper after Bush stole the election in 2000, I managed to find DU and others just trying to maintain our sanity with the insane running the White House. This place as been like a sanctuary to chat with like-minded people even if sometimes I disagreed with them I always knew that in general we were on the same team.

So if you can find it in your hearts and find a few dollars to donate to DU - let's show the Admin that we are so thankful to have a place like this and hope to keep it around for the next 8+ years. It doesn't take much - just $5-10 is enough to help out although I'm sure more would be appreciated.

So let's show the Admins our appreciation and help keep this website running!

I didn't find the site until after the election in 2004. I would have gone crazy without it.
