I had MSNBC on today for background noise.
Then I heard that monster Cheney giving a speech at the Tomb of the Unknowns for Veterans Day. I am so angry that he has the gall to get up there (I know, I know he is the Veep) after he dodged VietNam with his five deferments. "He had other things to do"...his words. My husband also had other things to do, but he still had to go there, as did thousands of others. What about the 58,000 who had other things to do and had to go but didn't come back? What about the thousands who had other things to do but had to go and came back missing a body part, or came back with PTSD or those who came back with agent orange? Having Cheney to be the one giving the speech today is rubbing salt into the wounds of so many Americans. I realize he had to give the speech because good ol' bush was in NYC receiving his Freedom Award. These two can't leave the scene soon enough. I hate them both.

2. I know exactly how you feel,
In 1996 my parents, both WW2 vets, died and were buried at Ft. Snelling. When I got that little letter from the President of the United States, I spit on it and ground it into the dirt.

3. Cheney's presence as a yellow bellied draft dodging coward
at any Veterans ceremony shows obscene disrespect for Veterans and Troops/Sailors still serving their country. How dare he soil the Tomb of the Unknowns with his presence. May this classless bastard burn in the flames of Hell for eternity. How disrespectful.
