Who should be SOH and MW?

Speaker of the House and Majority Whip. I really don't know a lot of senators and congress people outside of my area. Most of the ones here (PA) are Rs or conservative Dems. Would like to learn more.

On Edit...I meant Senate Majority Leader not Whip :blush:
