Overheard by a staffer at John McCain's senate office on November 5, 2008, at approximately 0920 hours.

McCain back to Washington to work under, I mean, alongside the new President Elect Barack Obama.

At least he didn't put his tail between his legs and runaway, well at least not yet. Back to obscurity for McCain.

What ever will become of John McCain.

Perhaps another bid for the white house in 2012 or 2016.

After all their is no shame in continuing to try and try, no matter how many times you fail.

So what is to become of John McCain.

1. He'll be dead before 2012, and palin wouldn't want him on her ticket anyway.

Poor McCain. Time is against him as well.

but I doubt very much if he'll run.
