Second School Collapses in Haiti
PORT-AU-PRINCE, Haiti (CNN) -- A second school collapsed in Haiti on Wednesday in central Port-au-Prince, a top Red Cross official has confirmed.

Dr. Jean Pierre Guiteau, executive officer of the Haitian Red Cross, told CNN there are casualties at the Grace Divine Primary and Secondary School.

No further information was available.

The collapse of a three-story concrete school last week in nearby Petionville killed more than 90 people -- many of them children -- and injured 150, officials said.

A two-storey school partially collapsed in Haiti's capital on Wednesday and at least nine people were taken to hospital...

Who gave the contracts? Who bought the inferior supplies? Who decided to risk the children?
