The Religious Right has gotten away for far too long with the claim that "sexual orientation is a choice." The CA Supreme Court has ruled that sexual orientation is a suspect classification, which essentially means that for at least 3% of the population there is no choice. If our side creates a counter ad, PLEASE make sure it is effective this time!
