But the Idiots who voted for this insane bailout obviously didn't read what was in the bill. Franks was on the TV whining about this all morning.
American express wasn't inline for bailout money so they applied for and became a "bank holding company" and SHAZZAMM, we're a bank now too! Line up at the discount window for our handout.
