KKK Victim Identified; Suspect's Home Searched
from the article:

Investigators executed a search warrant on the Bogalusa home of Raymond "Chuck" Foster, the reported KKK leader accused of shooting Lynch. Witnesses told WDSU that authorities seized some Klan paraphernalia from the house.

Foster was renting the home from a Washington Parish sheriff's deputy, but the deputy didn't know anything about Foster's activities, Washington sheriff's deputies said.

riiiight... the deputy "didn't know anything"... suuuuuure.

and Sheriff Jack Strain of St. Tammany Parish said earlier about this crime, "'I can't imagine anyone feeling endangered or at risk from these kooks,' Strain said. 'This Sheriff's Office will not allow it. We're not going to tolerate this in St. Tammany.'".

let us remember that Strain is the bigot sheriff of the infamous "chee-wee hairstyle" threat against AAs who dared to walk the streets of St. Tammany Parish.

looks to me like the law enforcement in both parishes are neck deep in this.

1. I think the FBI needs to look into the unsolved murders of the first two
black deputies in that department.

4. I'd also want them to look at the relationship between the deputy and Foster.
And also about this group recruiting members from out of state via the internet. Damn, I could even make a case for the FBI to domestically spy on these guys. These are the real terrorists.

5. And people still wonder why we work so hard to be particular
about who is elected sheriff in the south. Despite our hard work, our idiot county elected a sheriff who was known to be corrupt under the then sheriff, H.Q. Evatt.

I agree, that maybe some higher authorities should take a good, hard look at this.

6. I don't think Strain is connected to the Klan but I don't trust him to effectively investigate them
