BlinkoTV question. I watch MSNBC on BlinkoTV and every so

often, the picture freezes and will not proceed. I get the little circle of rotating lines or just a frozen screen. I have to log off the site and go back to regain the broadcast. Is this normal? The same thing used to happen when I watched on www.channelsurfing.net.

I don't know if it is on my end or to expect this as part of watching through Blinko. Anyone know?
