...driving around with absentee ballots leaves out:

a) The normal way to get absentee ballots from the central location to the precincts is by car

b) She had three people with her (a Democrat, a Republican, and an Independence Party representative)

Al Franken said that he wants to make sure all the votes cast by eligible people are counted.

Franken said the recount will cost his campaign $3 million in legal bills and other bills, and he needs donations:
