announce that he is sending the Secretary of State on a 4 year around the world tour in his inaugural address.

6. Hillary is tough and smart. Obama wants a tough, smart, savvy SOS.
I was no fan of Hillary for Prez but I think she'd make a superb SOS and I think she has the grace to do a highly competent and honorable job of it.

The Senate is where presidential aspirations go to die. Not only are you hidden, you develop Senate Speak. To make matters worse, your voting record becomes a liability because most people don't understand the way the Senate works.
