They are all showing a missing ring finger. Does that mean they are all agreeing/empathizing/claiming/thinking like Frodo. Do they all claim to have taken the ring of power to the mountain?

I would be interested in their interpretation. Especially since I personally would not put them in the role of Frodo, from my interpretation. But maybe they are just showing solidarity to the Frodo's of the world.
