He has experience, he came out early for Obama. I'm not sure if some of his past record might come back to haunt him if he would get it but I think he'd be best of the 3.

That said I thought Hillary went out and worked hard for Obama and earned his respect. Also most of the world leaders know her and Bill so that's a plus. Then the fact that Obama made up with her and appointed her to one of the top positions in the administration would fit right in with his reconciliation and rising above divisions narrative.
