Declaration Of The G20 Summit (Or, How To Say Absolutely Nothing in 3667 Words)
Short Version: We have absolutely no idea how to fix any of this, but here's a bunch of smart sounding, Synthetic Bullshit to make it sound like We're Working Real Hard On It!

And we have a pack of criminals running things.

And yes, I actually read through this WHOLE thing.

Basically it says,

"We'll fix everything with frank and open discussion about regulation, reforms, programs, schemes, lots of empty platitudes and mosaic sketches and outlines of really cool sounding bullshit. With no specific details of course."

Or the BRUTALLY honest version.

"Hey, we've got nothin', but thanks for the great Buffet! See you at the next AIG Mixer!"

4. Not possible. Sarah doesn't even KNOW 3667 words.
She gets a little foggy after she runs out of things to use with "We're so proud and honored" and "you betcha!"
