$5 to let the mormon church know that religious beliefs & the constitution don't mix
how awesome is this: donate 5 bucks or more, and the los angeles gay and lesbian center will send a postcard to the president of the mormon church, telling him a donation to fund the prop. 8 legal challenge has been made in his name. what a deliciously personal way to let him know that his religious beliefs do not belong in the laws of our nation.

pass it on to your friends via email, and if you choose to donate more than the minimum $5.00, donate multiple times via small donations rather than one large donation- the more postcards sent, the better- i'm picturing tons of mailbags sitting on his desk...

No wonder the GOP is laying off post office employees!

Their corporate donors are getting too many post cards from people donating to causes that counter their hate!
