Any DUers knowledgable in Philippine, Malaysian or Indonesian real estate
I live in Korea and am looking to buy property, but don't know how the markets or laws deal with ex-pat buyers and really cant find anything useful after a week of looking.

My parents are looking to retire to SE Asia and I am looking to live there after my stint in Korea has passed.
