2. Anyone else bothered by her mouth?
The structure is slightly odd, not like I could stand her before noticing but now its just downright taxing.

19. She had plastic surgery done
Tenn years ago she looked rather different, but it has also left her face looking slightly odd, in my opinions.

28. She changed her face. She used to look completely different.
I think she might have had some kind of minor congenital issue with her facial structure. Anyway, she's had surgery and not only corrected whatever it was but traded in her old face for an entirely new face.

3. Nazi name says it all.
Slept with Rush Limbaugh (didn't like the dressing up as a little boy part I am sure) to make her way to the top of the RW media foodchain says all thay's left.

8. uhh..her name is dutch not german

10. It's the Nazi first and the name second. If the shoe fits...and it fits her.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/History_of_the_Netherlands_(1939-1945)#Collaboration

Not a slur on the Dutch, Austrians, Swiss, or Germans but if someone is a Nazi had has a Germanic name...well that shoe fits pretty damn well.

Of course Vonnegut wasn't a Nazi by any stretch of the imagination...neither was Falco, Klaus Nomi, Helmut Kohl, Siegfried Fischbacher, and Roy Horn, etc...none of them act(ed) like Nazis!

But, FAUX is draining her soul. She seems so tired and listless, now that she's such a RW robot. She was not always like that!

16. I think she was offered less pay than men at her other job a few years ago
at MSNBC....treated less than......Foxx offered her a respectable, equal wage and her own show......so, she took it. That's how I see it....makes sense in this crazy world.

21. apparently you haven't watched her lately
My husband likes to switch over to Fox, to keep his eye on them he says, and you wouldn't believe how dreadful her show is. The night before the election, Greta just had the tired old Reverand Wright footage on a loop. She would have "breaking news" about the latest outrage which she believed would take down the Obama campaign, and then it would be...nothing. Seriously. Her big story days before the election was that an Obama aide reportedly said, "he should have left that church." And Greta kept repeating, "Is this going to cost Obama the suburbs?"
Uh, no.
Her show is abysmal. Really. It's total tabloid in the gutter junk.
I think she's taken over the schtick of the woman who used to follow Keith's showm, Rita something.
Greta should be just sick at what she's let herself become.

Ludwig VAN Beethoven.

I can find a hell of a lot of reasons to dislike her besides her name. That's just fucking stupid.

But I couldn't sleep last week, and nothing was on but a rerun of her show....her plastic surgery is so distracting! And it was Ayers, Ayers, Ayers. And not to sound mean, but does she have a speech impediment?

Rita Cosby is the one with a bonafide voice disorder, who needs to see a speech pathologist.

11. You may be on to something.
Maybe she's sedated or has a pain pill addiction.

I haven't really watched her show for a couple of years, when I first noticed a change in her, for the worse. For a long time, I thought Greta V. and Shepherd Smith were the only worthwhile talking heads on FAUX. But she really just sucks. Maybe she's being controlled by FAUX what to say, and so she takes pills to numb herself.

24. Ah, Rita. That's the one I meant in my other post!
Greta has been possessed by Rita! Greta's show has become a total nightmare of sensationalistic garbage.
Whoever thinks this show is rational or even-handed hasn't watched in the past few months.
It's total junk.
Like Hannity, Greta was slogging Ayers 24-7, along with Reverand Wright.
Yep. Nothing else going on in the country.
Just Reverand Wright and Bill Ayers.
Greta does exactlyw hat she is told.
She's a mediawhore.

12. She is also a Scientologist
Edited on Mon Nov-17-08 03:43 PM by Ichingcarpenter

ASHINGTON -- Cable News Network legal analyst Greta Van Susteren and her wealthy trial-lawyer husband, John Coale, are a Beltway power couple. She is the co-host of CNN's top-rated Burden of Proof. He is a mover behind the multi-billion-dollar anti-tobacco lawsuits. Both have dined at the White House.

And what about the fact they belong to a religion that teaches of Xenu, evil head of the Galactic Confederation? Who flew people to Teegeeack (Earth) 75-million years ago in space ships, chained them to volcanos and blew them up with hydrogen bombs, releasing exploded "thetans" that are now the source of most human suffering?

Well, it's not something savvy insiders would normally emphasize.

Van Susteren and Coale are Scientologists. But unlike members of established religions, whose own beliefs might seem improbable if they weren't so widely held, these part-time Clearwater residents are not exactly eager to draw attention to this fact.

"Washington is an extremely conservative place. Anything that starts to go out of the ordinary in one's personal life doesn't make it," said Coale, dressed in a green knit vest and red-striped tie. Van Susteren declined comment.>>>>>snip

And it's gone downhill since.

Her interviews of the first dude and Palin establish her as the worst political interviewer ever.
