Want my bumpersticker idea?
Mormons: a faith that fled persecution across a nation only to persecute others.

3. I honestly believe they want a challenge to the conventional definition of marriage
Just so they can challenge their definition of it once gay Marriage is established as a right.

Maybe I am paranoid, but it seems strange that the one religion that put themselves out to ban the rights of people trying to marry is the one who have had their marriage "rights" defined by the state.

I just don't know how to make that fit on a bumper sticker.

4. Not to mention their delusions of grandeur...
...about proselytizing everyone into the Temple, posthumously if by no other route, until the whole world is Mormon.

Did you know you could be made a Mormon without your consent? You can if you're dead. That's what's behind the whole weird fixation on family trees and genealogy-- so that Mormons can have all their dead relatives posthumously baptized.

Almost all religions have their wackjob elements (lord knows mine is NO exception) but the Mormons have a higher nutzoid quotient than most and an AMAZINGLY high bizarro quotient for any religion that would like to consider itself "mainstream."

ironically,
Bright

5. Hmmmm...
I want to say something about Mormonism being a faith started by a pedophile bigamist, but whatever I come up with makes it looks like I'm lumping homosexuality in with the negative aspersions I'm casting on Mormonism... Any wordsmiths out there able to take this idea and run with it?

7. Too many words for a bumpersticker. My suggested variants:
Mormons: the persecuted became the persecutors.

or

Mormons: fled persecution, became persecutors.

or

Mormons: were persecuted, now persecute.

8. Not pithy enough for a bumper sticker I fear
I applaud the sentiment however.
