Finally, after two terms, Bush does something we can all agree with.

Today he presented Olivia de Havilland with the National Medal of Arts in a White House ceremony.

Why she has not been recognized with the Kennedy Center Honors is beyond me (two Academy Awards as Best Actress). She and Shirley Temple Black and Mickey Rooney are the last of the film stars from the 1930s.

She looks just great at 92. I can even put up with the chimp's picture to see her lovely pic here. And a few more, lest we forget.
