And Joe the Liarman will be rewarded for being a tool for the fascists, because compromising and ducking is always better than standing up for anything.

Have they no shame? Apparently not.

Do they stand for anything? Apparently not.

When they show they are totally devoid of any standards at all, will the Cons continue to push them around and treat them like useless wimps. Bet on it.

(edit - slight change in wording)

1. Its all about politics

They need all the votes they can get to pass some of the more ambitious plans Obama outlined. I care less if its Joe the ConMan giving us a vote than Howard Dean. If its a vote towards universal health care, budgeting $150 billion towards alternative energy sources, or getting our troops out of an illegal war-- it all counts the same to me.

that being said, the guy is the scum of the earth and I hope he gets voted out when hes up for re-election.

6. Don't panic...
He'll be on an extremely short leash. I think if we can consistantly peel off Republicans for a few crucial votes, Joementum will come in to his office one sunny morn to find the locks changed.

4. The bastards! What fucking assholes!
Edited on Mon Nov-17-08 11:49 PM by anotheryellowdog
But then of course, we always knew they were. Don't get me wrong. I'm not excusing Joe or the DINOs supporting him. If it were up to me, Joe would be tarred and feathered and run out of town on a rail followed closely by all those who said "Aww, Joe's not such a bad guy." The hell he isn't! I'd castrate the little bastard and his supporters too. It's just that none of this, I'm sorry to say, surprises me.

On edit: K&R!

5. We all watched their approval ratings
sink like a stone , lower then even Bush , after 2006.
I hold very little hope they will suddenly grow spines.
