I've always considered him a fool, in way over his head as president and all the disasters that befallen the country since his two tenures as chalked up to incompetence.

That I knew this guy was gonna be the worst President ever even before he was sworn in...The way the recount was handled, mainly...Plus people seem to forget that before 911 he was sliding in the polls...mainly due to bouts of incompetence...like the incident with China when our spy plane collided with one of theirs and they confiscated it and took it apart...plus the submarine that surfaced under a Japanese boat and sank it...Rumor had it that it was a joyride for some of his "Rangers" and "Pioneers" and one of them was manning the controls when it surfaced. Whether that was true or not, it was definitely believable.
