I propose we just stop calling it a recession or a depression... |

and that we just call it a Bush.
Bush: 1. 43rd President of the United States. 2. Steep economic decline as a result of the 43rd President being in office for the past 8 years.
Example: "Grandma, do you remember the Bush of '08? We're studying it in school, and I have to do a report on it tomorrow."
