Srsly, though, I wish it hadn't been leaked until he was close to making the announcement. I don't like seeing this played out in the media. (assuming, on edit, that you're talking about the SoS position)

2. If it wasn't leaked they probably would have made it up.

Maybe they did anyway and Obama was just asking Hillary for interior decorating tips. The media needs something to chew on, Britney hasn't had an "event" lately.
