The Purgatory Between Bush and Obama
The economy is tanking. The Bush Presidency is winding down and they are mostly concerned with putting their people into civil service positions, for whatever reasons? The President-elect, Barack Obama is busy trying to get together a Cabinet to run our next government. The Congress is on hold, waiting to bail out the auto industry and waiting to see how a couple of elections still in doubt will turn out? No one is actually watching the store.

The Treasury Secretary has done a 180 on the funds that were given him by the Congress, and the foreclosures, the purpose of the $700 billion, have not been addressed as yet. They have resolved the "Lieberman" issue but that is about all. We cannot expect much more to happen until after January 20th of next year. Then, we can anticipate, all eyes will open and the gravity of the crisis will be upon us.
