Jesus. CNN playing Malcolm X "House negro, field negro" clip. |

Why would they do that? They are pushing an AL QAEDA talking point.
EDIT: It was an interview with Charlie Rangel all about the al Qaeda "House Negro" jab. The questions were so stupid. "Why would he say this when a lot of Muslims see Obama's election as a potential new dawn for American-Islamic relations?" Then answered his own question: They want to keep Muslims angry at America. Rangel stayed cool, just "duh, they're going to find a way to insult whoever runs America." And then the clip, just underscoring the "house negro" meme and basically inviting America to consider whether Obama really is one. "How would Malcolm X feel about Obama's election?" These people ought to think about what message they are sending here.

1. A case of "the enemy of my enemy is my friend"? |
|
They must REALLY not want an Obama administration to do well.

3. Yes, because being criticized by Al-Qaeda will certainly sink Obama's popularity |

5. I've got no problem with Malcolm. |
|
I just don't like how they are inviting serious consideration of al fucking Qaeda's assertion that Obama is a house negro. I can't really think of what could be an equivalent insult to a white president, but I don't think they'd be so receptive to it.

8. Osama Bin Laden has been elevated to "pundit" status |

Apparently his staff can issue "press releases" and our media will treat it as a legitimate analysis.

7. I think the lesson here could be applied to some workers and the big 3 situation as well. |
