If that is the case, I have to assume he wants to make it public through that channel, otherwise it indicates a major problem with his advisors

6. So you believe the "leaks" are intentional. Your reasoning makes sense only if
he ends up appointing those factions choice, however, we all know there will be one person for one position, and someone isn't going to be happy

11. Well, he did say that he will listen and I AM glad of that, and, having been
in the decision "integrater" position myself, there ARE various schemas for how you weight what you hear, relative to a defined outcome or outcomes.

3. I have no problem with that, I am just curious if he is intentially throwing out these
trial ballons?

13. Now, THAT's partisan. How shall we deal with the opposition? Make them "go away"?
That would make us no better than they are.

7. The reason I call it leaks is because the media refers to their sources as anonymous advisors
from the Obama camp

9. One aspect is running the potential choices past Congessional Committees
I heard that Hillary's name was run past the appropriate Committees, to check on support/opposition. This will lead to unavoidable leaks from Committee members.

10. I don't believe there are any leaks. IMO, the media determines who is a
"reliable source" and that could be a window washer or a next door neighbor.

14. This is true. How do we find out "for sure"? Shouldn't someone from the factions involved step
forward and give the People some(?) assurance that they are NOT messing with the process?
