Did I help bring this economy down? |
|
I haven't bought hardly anything I don't need. I drive a 43 year old car. I haven't had any credit card debt in many years. I paid off my mortgage 10 years ago. I haven't taken out any loan. I saved everything I could. I invested very little in stocks.
Credit companies hate me. This economy was built on falsely collateralized credit. I did not contribute to the frenzy. But I'm sure paying for it now. It must be my fault somehow.

2. Blame the followers, the leaders, or those who do nothing but sit on the fence. |
|
Or is this a different context...

I own my land and home. I don't have too much credit card debt. I drive an 18 year old truck. No loans. No stock. When the fat cats and the folks who defaulted on home loans get saved, what do we get? The bill?

 What happened the last time Republicans had control of both houses of Congress and the Presidency. I believe it was in the late twenties...
