The clip is blatant. The world leaders avoid even LOOKING at Bush, never mind extend a hand to him. I was a snub, and he could feel it coming. The Freeps point out that earlier world leaders shook his hand as individuals and/or accepted his invite to the G20. Well of course, they're not going to risk being singled out as refusing a one-on-one handshake or an invitation, but when they were all together and felt power in numbers, they allowed their true feelings towards Bush to shine.

And it was sweet to watch.

EDIT: I can guess you're referring to the word "retard" and how it's fallen out of fashion long ago. If you'd made that point in a polite observation (ie. "I don't agree with the use of the term "tard" because of it's relation to "retard" which is insulting to persons mentally challenged") then it would be changed already. Instead you insulted me.
