OMG. You couldn't really see the process (thankfully) but I wondered why the guy stood there holding each bird upside down in that funnel for so long. I thought he was probably letting the blood drain, but that is a guess. My god, I thought they'd at least chop the head off in one swift cut --- but a wood chipper? That's really gross and seems unnecessarily cruel.
