No decision yet. I'm glad PE Obama has gone ahead with his other appointments and taken this from the headlines.

1. Someone is attempting...
to create a political fait accompli by leaking their ass off.

2. So what's the hold up?
Is she really undecided or are they haggling over campaign debt?

3. More like who she gets to bring with her
Does she get to name the AsstSecStates, how about ambassador to this or that.

I would have thought that these negotiations would have been handled in parallel with the vetting of (mostly) Bill and their finances (how she and Bill passed is beyond me).

5. I'd have to believe...
That Obama would insist on at least naming Susan Rice as an asst. SOS.

He can't turn the State Department entirely over to the Clintons.

4. Am I the only one
who is SO tired of this friggin' soap opera called "The Cintons"?

I really have no big desire to see a woman as Secretary of State with a husband who's going to be right there, second-guessing her every step of the way. The old "Get two for the price of one" didn't work out so well during Bill's first term, and I don't see it playing out any better if Hillary is confirmed as Secretary of State.

I thank them for the good work they did, and just wish they would both go away.
