There's a home in Omaha that was just sold for roughly $2 million that had a basement with exactly those items. The basement still didn't count as a story when it was listed. The home was 15,000SF, which I would hardly consider "usual".

Perhaps a more accurate question for your poll would have been how many floors are in the WH, including subterranean ones, as opposed to stories. A small but significant difference in wording.
