7. I designated that as his nickname.

That and he is nonchalant about abuse of constitutional checks and balances.

5. I've actually read quite a bit of Sunstein's writing.
thoughtful guy. And just how do you know he's a creep? Long personal experience? Not everyone I disagree with on some points, is someone I'm willing to designate as a "creep".

11. Because I don't compromise on Constitutional issues.

I like Samantha's views concerning global concerns though (have two books of hers). But I have no patience with those that compromise the concepts of government by the people guaranteed by inalienable rights.

12. and I have my doubts about people who think that they and only
they have the right interpretation of all things in the Constitution.

Closed minds, narrow minds, trouble me. I'm NOT suggesting that all constitutional interpretations are equally valid, just that there are valid disagreements on interpreting the Constitution.

The 2nd Amendment is a great example. The first Amendment is also not completely cut and dry. Same with the 14th.

13. I don't believe I made such a claim.
However, it's hard to see the 4th amendment to the Constitution in any other way than it is stated.

If she can forgive John McCain, I'm sure she can forgive Powers.

10. When someone calls another person a monster, that shows
they have a very very heartfelt repugnance towards that person. Having to suck that in every day is very unpleasant.

Ask me if I'd like to work with Hillary...
