Is George Bush slurring his words more lately?
I've noticed that when he speaks, he is less articulate than ever before. Maybe he is taking less care, now that he is a lame duck, but he sounds like a stroke victim, almost. Listening to his speech before the APEC group in Peru, I was amazed at his appearance (puffy face) and his slurred speech.

brain to begin with.

A handful of associates believe he may be hitting the juice pretty hard.
