As a pedestrian, I am tired of all the disrespect by drivers and cyclist

I walk. But I walk in the middle of the street, because some dumb-ass cyclist is always riding on the sidewalk or he's going against the flow of traffic. So I walk in the middle of the road so everyone can see me and get out of my way. I expect them to move and if they don't I get their attention by giving them the finger... to point them away from me. Why am I constantly being disrespected?

2. So get a bicycle, ride on the sidewalk while talking over your shoulder to a friend.

In Marin, we have these guerrilla cyclists who get off by hauling ass, hugging alongside parked cars, in the opposing lane.

When you jam on the brakes, pulling out of a parking lot, they just streak by and give you this asshole leer.

I have made up my mind to pop the next one I encounter. Just enough to knock him into the right lane.

I have had it. Pedestrians routinely don't give enough room for us to ride safely on the sidewalk (and I'm not the type to ride in the bike lane). They'll flip me off when I am on the grass, even though it's none of their business! I mean, they still have allot the room whether someone's there or not! The only one I should have to answer to, on that front, are other motorists riding towards me (who are on the sidewalk as well). I have to get out of their way.
