Years ago, not long after we moved here, I'd taken our dog out early one morning, 5-5:30am. As I was leaning against the outside of the door 1/2 asleep, I heard a sizzle and looked up to see a ball of fire in the sky streaking toward our back valley. It happened so fast, that it made me question if I'd just seen what I thought I did. It looked like it hit at the back of our property but we never found anything. I've heard that they look much larger than they are and can be nothing more than a grain of sand when they hit ground.
Thanks for the video, now I can show my hubby what I saw that morning.

The colors are almost beautiful but at the same time frightening until you figure out what it is.

I saw something last night... rapidly streaking across the sky, then kinda exploding.... Was fairly small, but if what I saw was actually over Canada, that would make sense.
Anyone have any idea?
I had forgotten about it until now...
