I know, it doesn't. But it would be nice.
I wonder if "I'm too big to fail!" argument would work or if it would only deteriorate into "you need to take responsibility for your size"?

Those mortgages that Citigroup claimed were the cause of their problems will still be responsibility of the homeowners.
If they are still in their homes, they will still have to pay the mortgage. If not they will still have the foreclosure on their records.
Meanwhile Citi just keeps on partying.
