it's only one count (Unlawful Marriage Ceremony of a Minor Child - he gave away his 12 year old daughter to be married to Warren Jeffs, a 50 year old man), but better than nothing.

ps, i believe that the daughter whom the charge is concerning, is the little girl that Warren is tongue-wrassling in a very adult way in those "wedding pictures" seized from the compound.
